These terms explain what you can expect from VeriSlí and what we ask of you in return.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the VeriSlí app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use VeriSlí.
2. VeriSlí service description
VeriSlí is a farm record-keeping app that helps you record daily farm activities, attach supporting evidence, build a chronological history and generate reports from your records.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into VeriSlí. VeriSlí is a tool to help you organise your own records; it does not create, verify or confirm the underlying farm activity.
5. Farm records and accuracy
Farm records, photos, notes and reports generated in VeriSlí are only as accurate and complete as the information you enter. Review your records before relying on them.
6. Inspection and compliance disclaimer
VeriSlí helps organise farm records but does not guarantee regulatory compliance, certification, inspection success or acceptance of records by an inspection body. VeriSlí is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Bord Bia or any other inspection or certification body.
7. Subscription and trial
VeriSlí is offered as a subscription at €10 per month following a 30-day free trial. Your trial begins when you create an account and ends automatically after 30 days, after which the subscription renews monthly at the then-current price until you cancel. Billing is handled through the payment method associated with your account or app store account.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or your account or app store settings. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to VeriSlí for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and your subscription will not renew after that period ends.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse VeriSlí, including attempting to disrupt the service, accessing accounts that are not yours, or using the app for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual property
VeriSlí, its logo and its app content are the property of VeriSlí and its licensors. Your farm records remain your own data.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep VeriSlí available and reliable, including offline recording with sync when a connection is available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Limitation of liability
VeriSlí is a record-keeping aid. It does not guarantee any particular inspection, audit or certification outcome, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeriSlí and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on reports or records for inspection purposes. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using VeriSlí and close your account at any time.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of VeriSlí after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of VeriSlí will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
